Laeticia de Valer is Brooklyn based DJ, singer/song writer and producer. Originally from England, the former model grew up between London and Ibiza before settling in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 2003. 

Starting her music career as a rapper - known then as Misfit Dior - under Proof of Eminem’s D12. She starred in VH1’s The White Rapper Show before developing her unique sultry style of singing, releasing several singles and an EP under her name Laeticia De Valer such as Hitchcock Blonde, and Shoot Me Up with producers Rezza Brothers through Gladiator Records. 

De Valer has been DJing since 2013. Her ability to read a crowd well and distinctive style of music have helped to secure her residencies at Williamsburg Hotel/Water Tower, Somewhere Nowhere, Gansevoort Hotel, Omars, Nurse Bettie, and played venues such as Output, Schimanski, TAO, Soho Grand and Bushwick warehouse parties. Though local in NYC Laeticia has also played in London, Ibiza, LA and Toronto. 

De Valer has worked with clients such as Agent Provocateur, Gucci, Calvin Klein and The Kooples. She has been featured in Vogue, Marie Claire, WWD, New York Magazine, Inked and yearly featured as one of DJane’s Top 100 DJs.
